Elephantine Island, Sehel Island and Tombs of the Nobles Tour
A private Aswan tour of Elephantine Island, Sehel Island and the Tombs of the Nobles with an Egyptologist guide.
This 6-day, 5-night package covers Egypt's three essential stops – Cairo, Luxor and Aswan – combining the Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum with Luxor's Karnak Temple and Valley of the Kings, and Aswan's Philae Temple and High Dam. Internal flights connect the cities, so the pace stays comfortable rather than spent on long overland transfers. A private Egyptologist guide and air-conditioned vehicle are included in each city, alongside domestic flights, hotels and daily breakfast. This suits first-time visitors who want Egypt's core historical sites in under a week rather than a full two-week circuit. Nile cruise days are not included – travelers wanting to sail the river between Luxor and Aswan should ask about combining this package with our 4-Night Luxor to Aswan Nile Cruise instead.

Share your group size, rooming needs, mobility requirements and dietary requests before confirmation. Transport, accommodation, admissions, meals and optional services are included only when they appear in the written quotation.
You're met at Cairo International Airport and transferred by private vehicle to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest after your flight, and your guide can suggest a dinner spot if you'd like to head out. You stay the night in Cairo. The confirmed pickup or transfer time will appear in your final travel documents. Keep passports, tickets and essential personal items accessible, and check luggage allowances for every booked flight. Your representative will explain the next confirmed arrangement. Share mobility, rooming or assistance requirements before travel so the relevant service can be checked rather than assumed.
You're picked up after breakfast and driven to the Giza Plateau. You spend the morning at the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, Egypt's last surviving wonder of the ancient world, and stop at the Sphinx, carved from a single limestone outcrop nearly 4,500 years ago. In the afternoon you visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to Tutankhamun's treasures and more than 120,000 other artifacts spanning Egypt's dynastic history. You stay the night in Cairo.
After breakfast you transfer to Cairo Airport for your short flight to Luxor. On arrival you're met and driven to your hotel to leave your luggage. In the afternoon you visit Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built, expanded by generations of pharaohs over two thousand years, and continue to Luxor Temple, connected to Karnak by the restored Avenue of Sphinxes. You stay the night in Luxor.
After breakfast you cross to Luxor's West Bank. You visit the Valley of the Kings, burial ground of New Kingdom pharaohs including Tutankhamun, where the standard ticket covers three tombs from a rotating set. You continue to Hatshepsut's mortuary temple, built into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari for Egypt's most successful female pharaoh, and stop briefly at the Colossi of Memnon on the way back. In the afternoon you fly to Aswan and transfer to your hotel. You stay the night in Aswan.
After breakfast you visit Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and moved stone by stone to Agilkia Island when the High Dam was built. You continue to the High Dam itself and the Unfinished Obelisk, still attached to its quarry bedrock and abandoned mid-carving after a crack appeared in the granite. You have time for an optional felucca sail around Elephantine Island before transferring to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. You stay the night in Cairo.
You have breakfast at your hotel, and depending on your flight time, some free time before your private transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight.
